Governance Lead, Reporting & Analytics

Job summary

This role is focused on defining and managing performance metrics within a global sustainable energy organization. The Governance Lead will oversee KPI frameworks and data standards to ensure clarity and consistency across various business domains, contributing to improved transparency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or analytics
• 8–12+ years of experience in analytics or consulting
• Background in governance or performance management
• Strong understanding of data structures
• Experience in a global working environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage KPI frameworks and metric hierarchies
• Establish and maintain a single source of truth for data
• Own and enforce data and reporting standards
• Facilitate governance forums and align stakeholders on performance definitions
• Ensure consistency in performance measurement across domains
• Document definitions and logic for metrics
• Address and resolve conflicts related to data and KPIs
