Job summary

This role involves supporting enablement initiatives and driving the adoption of value management practices within a global advisory team. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation and delivery of training programs, tracking participation metrics, and preparing executive communications.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in finance, strategy, consulting, STEM, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous internship experience, preferably in a large organization.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders is a plus.
  • Full fluency in English with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of enablement initiatives, including certification programs.
  • Assist in organizing and delivering initiatives for new tools and best practices.
  • Track and analyze feedback and adoption metrics to enhance effectiveness.
  • Prepare documents and communications for senior leadership.
  • Contribute to field engagements and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Perform various ad hoc and administrative tasks.

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and tenacity.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually.
  • Ability to develop storylines and create high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Education

  • Master's Degree in progress, focusing on relevant fields.

Tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and analytical tools.
