Job summary

The Global Sustainability Leader is tasked with advancing the sustainability strategy to drive business growth, innovation, and operational excellence. This role collaborates with various teams to integrate sustainability into market strategies, product development, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Over 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, environmental management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of integrating sustainability initiatives into commercial strategies and operational decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of sustainability frameworks and reporting standards such as GRI, EcoVadis, GHG Protocol, and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global sustainability strategy aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Oversee environmental improvement plans and sustainability targets across global regions.
• Monitor sustainability regulations and industry trends to support compliance and strategic planning.
• Lead sustainability reporting initiatives and ensure adherence to international standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational improvements based on sustainability data.
• Promote a culture of sustainability through awareness initiatives and employee engagement programs.
• Represent the organization in industry forums and public engagements to showcase sustainability efforts.
