The role involves driving efficient growth through data-driven support in shaping and optimizing global growth and marketing strategies, focusing on consumer topics such as customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, technology, or related fields; experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in online analytical tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and budget allocation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive Growth and Efficiency OKRs, focusing on New Customer Acquisition and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Evaluate marketing tactics and track brand performance to enhance marketing funnel strategies.
  • Facilitate weekly business review meetings and work closely with Regional Marketing Directors.
  • Provide insights for marketing budget allocation across various channels to optimize platform growth.
  • Manage global Business Development projects and lead global acceleration initiatives.
  • Share best practices across regions to maximize performance.

Skills

  • Excellent Excel and data handling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Clear and concise communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Education

  • Relevant degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel; familiarity with SQL is beneficial.
