Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, technology, or related fields; experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in online analytical tools; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
  • Experience in forecasting, financial planning, and budget allocation.
  • Excellent Excel and data handling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage projects independently.
  • Fluent in English with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive Growth and Efficiency OKRs, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Evaluate marketing tactics, track brand performance, and develop marketing funnel strategies.
  • Facilitate weekly business review meetings and collaborate with Regional Marketing Directors.
  • Provide insights for marketing budget allocation to optimize platform growth.
  • Manage global Business Development projects and lead global acceleration initiatives.
  • Share best practices across regions to maximize performance.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
