Job summary

This role involves leading global SCADA initiatives, connecting engineering, product development, and customer delivery to influence product roadmaps and drive strategic programs in the sustainable energy sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in project or program management, including planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and execution of complex initiatives.
  • Familiarity with complex technical systems, digital technologies, or engineering solutions, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure-intensive industries. Knowledge of SCADA solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and working in international matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the global Product Line focal point for SCADA solutions, linking regional engineering teams with central functions like R&D and Digital Solutions.
  • Enhance the approach to capturing and prioritizing SCADA market, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Represent regional business needs in global development projects to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and product delivery.
  • Lead initiatives to improve SCADA deployment processes, automation capabilities, and operational excellence across regions.
  • Manage global SCADA communities of practice, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English.

  • Project leadership skills with a structured approach to prioritization and change management.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.

Tools

  • Familiarity with SCADA systems and Agile methodologies.
