Global People Analytics Specialist

Job summary

The role involves overseeing the HR reporting and analytics capabilities for the People & Culture function, ensuring a reliable source of workforce data to support strategic decision-making across various departments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Human Resources, IT, Process Optimization, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in HR reporting and analytics, including data governance and stakeholder engagement.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting and 2+ years with Tableau dashboards and data models.
• Familiarity with HR data integrations and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Responsibilities

• Define and govern HR reporting standards and KPI frameworks.
• Establish reporting/data governance and security aligned with global privacy requirements.
• Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards in Workday and Tableau.
• Create a self-service reporting ecosystem with documentation and guidelines.
• Translate business questions into actionable analytics and insights.
• Manage the intake and prioritization of reporting requests, setting SLAs and timelines.
• Conduct training and data literacy initiatives for stakeholders.
• Coordinate the Employee Satisfaction survey program.
• Collaborate with HRIS and IT on system integrations and incident response.
