Job summary

The Global Partner Programs Manager is responsible for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of global partner programs across distribution and channel partners. This role involves leading the Partner Programs team to ensure operational excellence and alignment with commercial strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance global partner programs for various partner types, ensuring a balance between global consistency and regional flexibility.
  • Manage the lifecycle of partner programs, including updates, documentation, and operational processes.
  • Oversee partner onboarding, program enrollment, and compliance, while establishing scalable operational processes.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess partner engagement and program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute channel initiatives and support product launches.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in channel management or partner programs within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record in designing and managing global partner programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
