Global Insights Manager (Consumer Research, Hybrid)

Job summary

This is a Manager level Individual Contributor position focused on leading innovation and content research for Core and Pre-School segments. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external research agencies to drive impactful insights aligned with business strategies. A flexible hybrid working model is offered, requiring three days in the office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a research agency, consultancy, or insights management role within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Experience working with diverse teams across different cultures and time zones, with potential travel of 20-40 days per year.
• Empathetic leadership style and collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable presenting and proficient in English at a business level.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end innovation and content research journeys across the Marketing Value Chain.
• Develop and implement innovative research methodologies for product and marketing insights.
• Manage relationships with external research agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the Brand and Audiences Center of Excellence research team.
• Foster consumer-centric thinking and embed insights across teams.
• Act as a change agent to enhance the Global Insights function.
