Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global growth strategy for project logistics, ensuring alignment with commercial ambitions and regional execution.
• Oversee revenue, pipeline performance, and ensure delivery of budgeted gross profit through disciplined performance management.
• Own the product strategy and lifecycle, integrating customer feedback and market insights into product development.
• Build and maintain sales enablement tools and training materials to support sales teams.
• Lead and develop a high-performing business development organization focused on commercial impact and customer relevance.
