About the role

Job summary

This role involves leading the implementation and long-term ownership of a mobile-first Connected Worker platform aimed at enhancing frontline operations in a global manufacturing environment. The position requires collaboration with IT, production sites, and vendors to ensure successful deployment and adoption of digital solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in managing digital transformation projects across multiple sites.
  • Familiarity with Connected Worker platforms such as Poka or similar tools is highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of shopfloor operations and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with IT, production sites, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in presenting project updates to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Track record of scaling digital solutions from pilot to global operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 5-10 days per month for on-site activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global implementation and scaling of the Connected Worker platform across production sites.
  • Coordinate efforts among IT, vendors, sites, and other digital solution owners.
  • Support onboarding, training, deployment, and adoption activities at various sites.
  • Manage project plans, governance processes, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Gather feedback from end-users to enhance the platform's roadmap and functionality.
  • Track KPIs related to platform adoption and operational impact.
  • Present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate change management and super-user community activities for sustainable adoption.

Skills

  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Experience in digital manufacturing solutions implementation.
  • Ability to influence and drive key global transformation initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields.

Tools

  • Familiarity with digital tools for frontline operations, particularly Connected Worker platforms.
