Job summary

This role involves leading a global privacy program within the healthcare sector, focusing on the responsible use of data and AI across various regions.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of global privacy laws, including GDPR, PIPL, PIPA, and US state laws.
  • Proven experience in guiding cross-functional teams in implementing privacy-by-design principles.
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and operationally with a hands-on approach.
  • Capacity to collaborate and influence stakeholders across different time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and advance the global privacy program, ensuring alignment and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with legal and regional teams for consistent execution of privacy initiatives.
  • Define and monitor global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
  • Facilitate global training and capability development on privacy matters.
  • Assist in incident and breach management in partnership with Information Security and Legal teams.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across diverse teams.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in data protection or privacy law.

Tools

  • Familiarity with privacy management platforms, particularly OneTrust.
