Job summary

The role involves enhancing brand presence in key markets and ensuring success in the On-Trade environment globally. The Global Brand Ambassador will be responsible for developing and executing trade and advocacy strategies that drive brand impact.

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in advocacy, trade marketing, or market activation roles.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage frequent international travel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of On-Trade channels and long-term value drivers.

  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in On-Trade across global markets.
  • Design and implement a global advocacy framework for bartenders and hospitality staff.
  • Develop market-specific activation plans that align with brand goals.
  • Collaborate with local Sales and Trade Marketing teams on Route-to-Market strategies.
  • Create toolkits and playbooks that standardize best practices for local markets.
  • Set KPIs for visibility, engagement, and revenue; monitor progress and provide insights.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, and external partners for timely activations.
  • Collaborative and culturally intelligent with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with execution skills and a growth mindset.
  • Resilient and adaptable in dynamic environments.
