About the role

Job summary

The role involves providing critical support to corporate clients in managing personnel relocating for international assignments. The consultant will serve as the main point of coordination for international assignees, ensuring the delivery of various assignment management services in line with the employer's policies.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in relocation or global mobility within a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of international assignment management and global business.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage high-profile stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proven adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of assignment management services, including policy counseling, destination services, and immigration support.
  • Provide ongoing consultation to assignees throughout their international assignments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a successful experience for assignees.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with clients' HR contacts.
  • Manage exception requests and provide status updates to clients.

  • Creative problem-solving skills.

Education

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
