About the role

Job summary

This role involves providing critical support to corporate clients in managing personnel relocating for international assignments. The consultant will serve as the main point of coordination for international assignees, ensuring the delivery of various assignment management services in line with the employer's policies.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in relocation or global mobility within a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of international assignment management and global business practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage high-profile stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of handling multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proven adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and business etiquette.
  • Team player with self-starter capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and job-related systems.
  • Preference for candidates with overseas work or living experience.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of assignment management services, including policy counseling, destination services, immigration, and expense management.
  • Advise international assignees based on their needs and specific country requirements.
  • Provide ongoing consultation to assignees throughout their assignments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a positive assignee experience.
  • Manage communication with Global Certified Providers to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a premium client experience.
  • Communicate with client HR contacts regarding relocation and assignment issues.
  • Assist with exception management and provide status updates to clients.
  • Complete additional tasks as required to support managers, clients, and assignees.
