Job summary

The role involves designing and implementing scalable Managed Services solutions for global clients in the Payroll and HR outsourcing sector. The Functional Solution Architect will leverage expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors to create client-centric solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP Payroll or Time Consultant, including business process analysis and system configuration.
• Strong understanding of global payroll processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, self-driven, and a team player with coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end functional solutions for Managed Services in Payroll and HR.
• Continuously improve existing service offerings and develop new capabilities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and transformation goals.
• Guide project implementation teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and IT for seamless solution delivery.
• Train and mentor junior colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
• Drive efficiency by reducing costs in delivering standard units of measure.
