Responsibilities

• Manage MEC taxonomy and process mapping, defining business policies and controls.
• Drive productivity initiatives and act as a subject matter expert for product and implementation teams.
• Create and govern standard process frameworks for customer implementation and carrier activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure process alignment and optimize efficiency.
• Define and monitor process performance and compliance metrics.
• Represent frontline feedback in product and delivery roadmaps.
• Oversee readiness assessments for new business implementations.

Skills

• Strong analytical and metrics definition capabilities.
• Proven track record in cross-functional teamwork and concise communication.

Education

• Relevant educational background or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools
