Frontend Shopify Developer (Remote)

Job summary

The role involves developing high-performing e-commerce solutions as a Frontend Shopify Developer. You will create modern storefronts and custom themes, ensuring design-to-code precision while collaborating with various teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in frontend web development.
• At least 2 years of experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus theme development.
• Proficient in Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/Sass, JavaScript (ES6+), and API integration.
• Familiarity with modern build tools and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with headless commerce and B2B storefronts is advantageous.
• Agile methodology experience and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Shopify themes for high conversion.
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive frontend code.
• Analyze client needs and adapt technical solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with teams to define and evaluate technical tasks.
• Optimize storefronts for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
• Integrate third-party apps and APIs.
• Promote frontend best practices and code consistency.
• Work with QA to meet performance and usability standards.
