Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of practical data science experience demonstrating business impact.
• A portfolio showcasing completed projects and publications related to problem-solving in data science.
• Proficiency in Python for data science, including libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning, with a deep understanding of algorithms and their applications.
• Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment workflows.
• Experience with modern frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Excellent written English skills (C1+).

Responsibilities

Project time expectations

Tasks are estimated to require 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, with compensation up to $58 per hour based on contribution level and project complexity.

• Design original computational data science problems that simulate analytical workflows.
• Create Python-based problems that are computationally intensive and require advanced reasoning.
• Develop end-to-end problems covering the complete data science pipeline.
• Incorporate big data processing scenarios and ensure solutions are verifiable using Python.
• Document problem statements with realistic business contexts and provide verified answers.
