Job summary

The Franchise Supply Chain Director plays a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end supply chain operations within the franchise sector, focusing on sustainability and change management. This position collaborates closely with senior stakeholders to align objectives and ensure the franchise system is equipped to meet growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead operational supply chain elements to ensure franchise alignment and capacity for growth.
  • Manage demand planning processes to optimize capacity and capability.
  • Align senior stakeholders with sustainability goals and actionable plans to improve delivery metrics, such as CO2 reduction and increased rPET usage.
  • Serve as the escalation point for quality control and food safety leadership, ensuring operational quality metrics are met.
  • Lead interactions with senior leaders to ensure governance and alignment for new product launches and change management initiatives.
  • Oversee filling productivity for bottlers and support project implementation in line with productivity plans.
  • Develop capability building plans for bottlers, assessing gaps and leading training sessions.
  • Upskill teams in change and innovation management to facilitate effective execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Broad understanding of franchise business operations and the ability to provide actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail channels.
  • Proven influencing skills to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.
  • Experience in overcoming technical challenges in complex projects, preferably in the beverage sector.
  • Resilient and able to drive results in challenging situations.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members to achieve system alignment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree at minimum.

Tools

  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools relevant to the food and beverage industry.
