FP&A Analyst

Job summary

A leading kitchen specialist is seeking an FP&A Analyst to enhance their finance function in Aarhus. This role focuses on integrating data, AI, and business insights to drive performance management and automation within the finance team.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in controlling, FP&A, business analysis, or consulting, preferably in a multi-brand or retail context.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python and/or SQL for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with modern AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) and a keen interest in AI's impact on finance.
• Relevant academic background (e.g., cand.merc., cand.oecon., cand.polit., or similar).
• Strong business acumen, viewing numbers as tools for better decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly performance management cycle, collaborating with business and finance leaders.
• Conduct in-depth analyses on profitability and cost drivers, providing actionable insights.
• Identify and implement AI pilot projects to enhance finance processes.
• Serve as a trusted business partner, challenging assumptions with data-driven insights.
• Contribute to the development of analytical tools and foundations for the finance function.
