Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in finance roles such as financial controlling, accounting, or finance coordination; recent graduates with relevant internships are also considered.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to financial tasks.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of AI and automation tools to minimize manual financial tasks.
  • Oversee cost controlling and allocation across group entities.
  • Prepare monthly analyses and reconciliations, including balance-sheet accounts and intercompany balances.
  • Manage intercompany invoicing and support inventory control for the Australian entity.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of Microsoft Business Central through testing and documentation.
  • Provide backup for accounts receivable and payable and assist with annual audit preparations.

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills across the organization.

Education

  • Relevant degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
