Finance Manager (Software, Remote)

Job summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and presentations to management within a growing software company. This role ensures the delivery of accurate financial information and drives improvements in financial governance, including procedures and system automation.

Qualifications

• Experience as an auditor with international clients.
• Previous roles as Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar with comprehensive financial responsibilities.
• Relevant academic qualifications at BA or Master’s level.
• Extensive experience in financial reporting and knowledge of Danish accounting principles, preferably IFRS, and tax legislation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in complex environments.
• High proficiency in IT and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Monthly financial reporting to management, including SaaS metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare and present annual reports and manage statutory and interim audits.
• Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Oversee salary management for headquarters staff.
• Drive operational improvements and digital automation initiatives.
• Review and adjust financial procedures and processes continuously.
