This role is part of a Graduate Programme designed to develop finance professionals through rotations across various finance teams. Graduates will engage in meaningful projects that contribute to their personal and professional growth, with opportunities for international assignments.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or those who have graduated within the last 1-2 years in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong academic performance and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations covering Business Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Risk Management, Consolidation, External Reporting, Finance Processes, and Strategy.
• Engage in tasks such as process mapping, report building, budgeting, sales and cost forecasting, financial software training, process optimization, and inter-company reconciliation.
• Collect and manage data, review numbers, and strengthen analytical and quantitative skills.

Education

• A master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required.
