Finance Excellence & Process Manager

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing financial and operational processes within a Nordic data center organization. The Finance Excellence & Process Manager will lead the Finance Excellence and ERP Process function, ensuring alignment between business processes, systems, and operational execution across multiple Nordic countries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3–7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of financial processes, governance, and operational workflows
• Experience with ERP implementations, rollouts, or process harmonization projects
• Familiarity with incident management, support structures, and change management processes
• Experience in Nordic or international multi-country environments
• Professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Own and govern process standards across Finance, Procurement, Projects, and related operational areas
• Ensure aligned and compliant processes across Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark
• Maintain process documentation, workflows, controls, and governance structures
• Drive the ERP roadmap and process improvement agenda
• Prioritize enhancements, integrations, fixes, and change requests
• Coordinate testing, documentation, user acceptance processes, and change management activities
• Train and support key users across functions and geographies
• Identify inefficiencies within workflows and implement improvements through automation and process optimization
