• Ability to understand systems thinking and its impacts across the ecosystem.
• Proven ability to navigate complex environments based on agile principles.
• University degree in business administration, accounting, or finance; MBA or Masters in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of specialists, adapting plans to address operational challenges.
• Create a psychologically safe environment for team success.
• Architect financial rigor into tenders and manage the Tender Manager.
• Develop coherent affiliate commercial strategies and business processes.
• Guide P&L and financial target achievement, monitoring financial performance.
• Propose ideas for P&L improvement and manage customer performance throughout contract life cycles.
