Finance Controller (On-site)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing financial governance, cost transparency, and strategic decision-making within Global Business Services and Global Information Security. The Finance Controller will lead financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and cost allocation activities while ensuring compliance with global financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Finance Controlling, FP&A, Shared Services, IT Finance, or a similar international environment.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and cost allocation methodologies.
• Experience with global functions and complex multinational cost structures.
• Knowledge of transfer pricing principles and international cost allocation frameworks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of global cost allocation methodologies for GBS and Information Security.
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing principles and tax regulations.
• Own and coordinate the annual budgeting process for both functions.
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles and develop multi-year financial plans.
• Deliver financial reporting and management information to senior stakeholders.
• Conduct cost analyses to identify efficiency opportunities and support cost optimization initiatives.

Skills

• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO, Group Reporting, Power BI, BlackLine, or similar financial systems.
• Strong analytical skills to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
