Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or a relevant economic field.
• Proven experience in a finance role, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong financial skills and business acumen.
• Ability to communicate complex data effectively.
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain perspective under pressure.
• Structured, process-oriented, and flexible.
• Proactive and motivated to drive improvements.
• Fluent in English with willingness to travel up to 20 days a year.

Responsibilities

• Control financial activities of business units, including month-end closing and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with group policies and maintain internal controls.
• Analyze market and brand profitability as a business partner.
• Drive and improve budget and estimate processes, supporting Sales and Marketing in financial planning.
• Develop business cases for international expansion and profit growth.
• Coordinate and enhance IT tools, exploring new technologies like SAP and Power BI.
