Finance Business Partner (Manufacturing, Hybrid)

Job summary

The role involves partnering with manufacturing leadership to provide financial insights and governance for production sites in Europe. The Finance Business Partner will support decision-making processes and contribute to financial reporting, budgeting, and operational performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing context.
• Proficient in both Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant teams to deliver actionable financial insights.
• Conduct financial reporting and variance analysis, focusing on production performance and cost drivers.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, including business case evaluations.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across sites.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis; proficiency in PowerPoint for data presentation.
• Experience with SAP, AI, and Power BI is advantageous.

Education

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
