The Finance Business Partner Manager is responsible for acting as a strategic finance partner to the COO, focusing on the financial alignment of managed services across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with the Group CFO, COO, country CFOs, and business unit leaders to ensure financial transparency and profitability.

• Support decision-making through detailed financial analysis and modeling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
