Job summary

The role involves partnering with the E-commerce business to translate financial data into actionable insights that drive performance and decision-making. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with various stakeholders to support budgeting, monthly closing activities, and continuous improvements in finance processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in finance, particularly as a sparring partner to the business.
• Background in financial reporting, budgeting, and performance follow-up, preferably in a complex organization.
• Strong analytical skills combined with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive partner for the E-commerce business on strategy and operations.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights for decision-making across multiple brands.
• Drive the budgeting process and align targets with business objectives.
• Support monthly closing activities to ensure financial accuracy and performance tracking.
• Educate and coach brand stakeholders to enhance their financial understanding.
• Drive continuous improvements in finance processes and operations.

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of E-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.

Education

• Relevant degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
