Job summary

The Finance Business Partner will be part of the Group Finance department, working closely with the COO and various Business Units to ensure financial performance aligns with operational delivery and strategic goals. This role is essential in translating group-wide financial frameworks into actionable management practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support financial performance (revenue, gross margin, costs, and profitability) for the designated business area
• Assist in achieving financial targets and budget expectations, providing regular performance insights and variance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with group standards
• Contribute to governance of sales pipeline, resource planning, and cost management
• Aid in the development and application of pricing models and commercial frameworks
• Provide financial input for pre-sales, offers, and business cases to align sales, delivery, and profitability objectives
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with group requirements
• Drive consistency in the use of financial systems, tools, and processes
• Implement group-defined financial models, KPIs, and reporting structures while supporting standardization across countries
