Finance Business Partner

Job summary

The Finance Business Partner will be part of the FP&A team, collaborating with finance and operational stakeholders across multiple countries to provide financial analysis, reporting, and support for business performance initiatives. This role focuses on driving working capital and cash flow performance while engaging in management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A environments
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
• Commercial mindset with a solid understanding of business operations
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Drive working capital performance initiatives in partnership with the business
• Support R&D controlling and OPEX cost analysis
• Deliver financial analysis and insights to aid decision-making
• Enhance reporting processes and implement initiatives for finance business partnering
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in international Subsea organizations
• Assist in developing aligned global FP&A processes and best practices
