Job summary

The role of Finance Business Manager focuses on driving profitable growth across the Nordic region for a leading portfolio of prestige beauty brands. This position involves influencing financial performance management and engaging with senior leadership while participating in core finance processes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
• Strong background in P&L management, planning, and performance analysis
• Proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders, including senior leaders
• Strong commercial acumen to balance growth and profitability
• Experience in a complex, international matrix organization
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Influence financial performance to meet growth and profitability targets
• Partner with Brand Directors and Commercial leadership for decision-making
• Lead financial planning cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Deliver analysis to identify risks and opportunities, translating insights into actions
• Challenge investment decisions for optimal resource allocation
• Prepare executive-level materials for decision support
• Contribute to improving financial processes and tools
• Collaborate with Nordic, EUKEM, and Global teams for high-quality reporting

Skills

• Advanced Excel and SAP (or similar systems)
• Excellent communication skills for translating financial insights into business actions
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset

Education

• Relevant degree in finance or related field is preferred.
