Job summary

This role involves driving profitable growth in the Nordic region by influencing financial performance and supporting strategic business decisions. The Finance Business Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure financial insights are actionable and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, or business partnering.
• Strong background in P&L management, financial planning, and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in complex, international matrix organizations.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance to meet growth and profitability targets.
• Partner with Brand Directors and Commercial leadership to influence decision-making.
• Lead financial planning cycles, including budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct forward-looking analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level presentations to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Nordic and global teams for high-quality reporting.

Skills

• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on balancing growth and profitability.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP or similar financial systems.
• Excellent communication skills for translating financial insights into business actions.
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage ambiguity.

Education

• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
