Finance Business Manager (Beauty, Nordics)

Job summary

This role involves influencing strategic decisions and enhancing business performance within a portfolio of beauty brands in the Nordic region. The Finance Business Manager will engage closely with senior leadership and play a pivotal role in financial performance management and core finance processes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, or business partnering.
• Strong background in P&L management, planning, and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on balancing growth and profitability.
• Experience in a complex, international matrix organization.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance for designated business areas, ensuring growth and profitability targets are met.
• Collaborate with Brand Directors and Commercial leadership to influence key decisions.
• Lead financial planning cycles, including budgets and forecasts, aligning with strategic objectives.
• Conduct forward-looking analyses to identify risks and opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Prepare executive-level presentations to support decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the enhancement of financial processes and tools for improved effectiveness.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP (or similar systems).
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating financial insights into business actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on impact and continuous improvement.

Education

• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically expected.
