Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish and English.
• 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting compliance.
• Strong analytical and structured approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus on both short and long-term goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate and statutory reporting, including monthly reporting packages and annual reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including transfer pricing and VAT reporting.
• Review financial controls, trial balances, and prepare journal entries.
• Support accounting operations by reviewing invoices and managing vendor forms.
• Participate in management team discussions and support budgeting processes.
• Conduct annual risk reviews and update business continuity plans.
• Assist in internal audits and governance processes.
