Field Service Representative

Job summary

This position involves working within the water treatment and process industries, focusing on delivering sustainable chemical treatment and monitoring solutions to customers. The role requires regular on-site service in the Kalundborg area, with several service days each week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong background in chemistry.
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
• Flexibility and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in the local language and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site service visits (3-5 days per week) for chemical consumption monitoring, water sampling, and laboratory analysis.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to discuss site visit results and prepare customer reports.
• Troubleshoot issues related to cooling, boiler, water, waste, and industrial process treatments.
• Review Key Performance Indicators with customers in partnership with the Account Manager.
• Coordinate projects and report work-related incidents to management.
• Drive ecological transformation by helping customers meet sustainability targets using Veolia technologies.
• Participate in local team meetings to share best practices and manage sales initiatives.

Skills

• Strong technical expertise in chemical processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Education

• A B.Sc. or higher degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with laboratory analysis tools and reporting software.
