Field Service Engineer (Denmark)

Job summary

The role involves providing exceptional service for UPS systems, ensuring customer satisfaction through commissioning, servicing, and maintaining various UPS units. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, technical support, collaboration with service and sales teams, and mentoring new engineers.

Qualifications

• Electrical education at upper secondary (Gymnasium) level or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., service technician, industrial electrician)
• Strong knowledge of 1-phase and 3-phase electrical systems, UPS systems, battery backup, and emergency power supply

Responsibilities

• Commissioning, servicing, repairing, and maintaining UPS systems
• Performing preventive maintenance for optimal system performance
• Supporting customers with technical queries via phone, email, and on-site visits
• Collaborating with colleagues in Service and Sales by providing technical expertise
• Supporting project managers with planning and commissioning schedules
• Mentoring newly hired Field Service Engineers
• Maintaining accurate time reporting and technical documentation
• Participating in planning and scheduling of service activities
• Providing technical advice to key customers
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and EHS culture
