Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales representatives to meet defined targets and ensure flawless in-store execution
  • Coach and train the sales team on effective sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Plan and manage in-store commercial activities and promotions, making necessary adjustments as needed
  • Ensure execution of plans aligns with established guidelines for each outlet type and brand
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Customer Service teams to clarify plans and communicate effectively with the sales team
  • Monitor and manage sales expenses within the allocated budget
  • Identify and develop talent within the team to enhance performance

Skills

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales or business management
