Job summary

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth in the Nordics and Benelux regions by executing a regional marketing strategy. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution to enhance market presence and accelerate pipeline development.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing in B2B technology, preferably in security or cloud sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing programs tailored to Nordic and/or Benelux markets.
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales and cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security is advantageous.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in using marketing metrics for strategy optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel 20-25% for events and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Execute a variety of field marketing programs, including events, webinars, and partner activations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to engage strategic accounts and create targeted campaigns.
  • Strengthen alignment between sales and marketing through effective communication and support.
  • Work with partners to co-create marketing initiatives that expand regional reach.
  • Contribute insights to pan-EMEA campaigns and initiatives.
  • Measure and analyze marketing performance to optimize programs and support growth.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills to track and assess marketing performance.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create personalized engagement strategies for complex buying journeys.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is beneficial.
