Job summary

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand generation and lead acquisition through various marketing initiatives in the EMEA region. This role involves collaborating with sales teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance pipeline creation and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or business.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in event and content marketing.
  • Proven experience with demand generation and multi-channel marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated demand generation programs targeting specific customer segments.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective communication and lead quality.
  • Execute field marketing campaigns, including trade shows, webinars, and email marketing.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance based on lead generation metrics and sales conversions.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies in coordination with the marketing organization.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and various marketing tactics.
  • Ability to analyze sales and marketing data to refine strategies.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools such as AEM, Eloqua, and Salesforce.

Education

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
