Job summary

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand generation and lead acquisition strategies within the EMEA region. This role involves creating and managing B2B marketing campaigns, executing events, and collaborating closely with sales teams to enhance communication and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or business preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on event marketing and demand generation.
  • Proven experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated demand generation programs targeting specific customer segments.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead quality and communication.
  • Execute regional marketing campaigns, including trade shows, webinars, and email marketing.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance based on lead generation metrics.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing strategies in coordination with the marketing organization.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and optimize lead handoff processes.
  • Experience in the software industry is highly desirable.
  • Creative skills with a focus on generating innovative content and campaigns.

Education

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AEM, Eloqua, and Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) is beneficial.
