This role focuses on enhancing fan engagement through strategic marketing initiatives and operational excellence. The Fan Marketing Manager will integrate fan-created content into global campaigns and support local fan communities through collaborative marketing partnerships.

  • Interest in creator marketing and fandom communities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a creative agency or project management setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and integrate Fan Marketing into global campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings for alignment across teams.
  • Support content briefs from production teams to leverage creator talent effectively.
  • Manage relationships with over 130 Recognized LEGO Fan Creators, including database upkeep and planning.
  • Foster a collaborative operational environment for the Fan Marketing team.
  • Oversee project plans focusing on capacity, prioritization, and workflow clarity.
  • Drive the development of operational processes within the Fandom program.

Skills

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interest in operational excellence and process optimization.

Education

  • Relevant experience in marketing, project management, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and project management software is a plus.
