Responsibilities

  • Identify and integrate Fan Marketing opportunities into global campaigns.
  • Manage local market Fan Creator activities within the global program.
  • Support the growth of a diverse Fan Creator program through strategic recruitment.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings for alignment across the organization.
  • Oversee content briefs from production teams to ensure effective use of creator talent.
  • Maintain relationships with over 140 Recognized LEGO Fan Creators.
  • Contribute to the development of operational processes for the Fandom program.
