Job summary

The Executive Talent Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the recruitment and talent management processes for senior leaders within a global organization. This position focuses on coordinating executive recruitment activities, managing talent data, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational excellence and consistency within the Executive Recruitment Team.
  • Collaborate with Executive Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate global executive hiring activities.
  • Oversee interview scheduling, candidate logistics, and recruitment coordination for senior-level searches.
  • Provide a seamless and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Assist with onboarding activities for executive hires to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Manage feedback initiatives from candidates and Hiring Managers to enhance the executive hiring experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting for executive search activities.
  • Work with Executive Recruiters on team initiatives, including branding and post-hire check-ins.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, people operations, or as an executive assistant in a global setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Preferred experience in supporting executive or senior leadership recruitment processes.
  • Proven stakeholder management abilities across various functions and seniority levels.
  • Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to meet competing deadlines.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and navigating ambiguity.
  • Proficient with ATS systems (Workday/Taleo preferred) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on outcomes.
