Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management or related fields.
• Proven success in managing complex global product portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in portfolio economics.
• Ability to influence senior executives and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the global product and portfolio strategy for Industrial Refrigeration.
• Develop multi-year product and technology roadmaps.
• Lead investment prioritization and product rationalization decisions.
• Establish a Voice of Customer framework to gather insights.
• Drive data-based decisions for portfolio health and lifecycle management.
