Job summary

The ERP Project Manager will oversee strategic ERP projects and enhancements from inception to completion, acting as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution. This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and visibility in a global context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing ERP projects or significant ERP enhancements from start to handover.
• Background as a project manager or a strong ERP professional transitioning into project management.
• Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP projects from scoping and planning through delivery, go-live, and handover to operations.
• Manage project scope, budget, timeline, and risks, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project status updates and recommendations to steering committees and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business owners and external consultants to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and risks proactively, taking necessary actions to maintain project momentum.
