Job summary

This role involves providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle for a digital workplace platform. The position requires delivering product demonstrations, conducting discovery sessions, and designing customized solutions to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including endpoint management and remote connectivity.
  • Experience with SaaS applications and hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, and cloud computing.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and another Nordic language.

Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert on the product portfolio and deliver engaging demonstrations.
  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and propose solutions.
  • Lead proof of value engagements and provide technical guidance during validation processes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and respond to RFx documents with technical expertise.
  • Stay current on industry trends and provide feedback to influence product development.

Education
