Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing large IT projects, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud-hosted SaaS solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to project management.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and take ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation projects for large customers, managing both project and stakeholder aspects.
• Transform enterprise requirements into actionable development projects aligned with the overall product strategy.
• Advise customers on integrating the platform into their existing IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product teams to plan necessary development for customer onboarding.
• Support Key Account Managers with technical inquiries from enterprise clients.
• Participate in the sales process for large enterprise accounts.
• Lead a small team focused on enterprise customer development projects.

Education
