Job summary

The role involves selling strategic HR solutions to large enterprise accounts within a designated geographic area, focusing on various industries including High Tech, Financial Services, and Manufacturing. The position is fully remote and requires managing the entire sales process from prospect generation to closing sales.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Sell HR solutions, including Time and Attendance and Labor Analytics, to large enterprises.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, demonstrations, proposals, and closing.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling and networking.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs, coordinating with internal teams.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for solution acquisition.
  • Over 5 years of experience in selling enterprise applications to C-Suite executives.
  • Proven track record in selling Workforce Management, ERP, or HR software.
  • Experience with companies having more than 5,000 employees.
  • Strong SaaS and Cloud software knowledge.
  • Ability to engage with CFOs, CIOs, and VPs of HR.
  • Hunter mentality with a history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.

Education

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise application sales.
