About the role

Job summary

The role involves leading M&A operational diligence and value creation as part of a high-performing Strategy and Execution team. The Engagement Manager will support clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from strategy to execution, while also contributing to team development and culture.

Qualifications

  • 7-8+ years of experience in M&A strategy and execution, including pre- and post-deal engagements.
  • Experience in client-facing or in-house roles across the M&A cycle and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage various pre- and post-deal engagements, including due diligence and operational value creation.
  • Assist in business origination activities, including pitches and presentations.
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives and support team culture.
  • Act as a role model and mentor for junior team members, including recruitment and training responsibilities.

Skills

  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable insights.
  • Ownership of work with a focus on quality and impact.

Education

  • Relevant degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with M&A tools and methodologies is advantageous.
